Free seminar on customer service | Business
The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University, along with the Franklinton Chamber of Commerce and Hunt Brothers of Louisiana, will host a seminar entitled “Delivering Outstanding Customer Service” on Wednesday, Nov. 30.
The free program is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. at Franklinton City Hall.
“A common thread among thriving companies is that they know how to treat their customers. Smart business owners understand that service is critical to the success of their business,” said Sandy Summers, assistant director of the Southeastern SBDC. “If you are working with company-imposed policies or staffing limitations, new to a customer service position, or want to improve your customer service skills, this event will provide several tips that can be put into practice immediately to provide top-notch customer service.”
Summers said the presenter is Dian Lusher, owner of DYNEL, Inc. For over 25 years, Dynel, Inc. has offered communications training and coaching to groups, companies and individuals. Lusher is the recipient of numerous awards and was recently named 2011 St. Tammany Professional Woman of the Year.
